Office Manager & Administrative Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Office Manager & Administrative Assistant to the CEO. Exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and growing technology company that provides case management software, financial billing, and drug/alcohol testing programs for substance abuse treatment facilities nation-wide. Our ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail oriented, friendly and thrives in a collaborative work environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities

Manage CEO’s schedule, travel arrangements, correspondence, and confidential records and files

Assist with HR and executive team special projects and reports, as needed
-
Provide general office management and support, to include coordinating repairs and maintenance of office equipment; and ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies

Demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and willingness to assist with tasks outside of core responsibilities on as needed basis.

Qualifications and requirements

3+ years previous administrative/managerial experience in an office environment

Two years of college, business degree preferred, or suitable experience

Excellent time management, multitasking skills, and ability to work independently or as a team player

Computer and Internet literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
